A cold shooting 3rd period proved to be the difference as the Owls dropped their first district contest, falling to Skidmore-Tynan 48-43 at Owl Gym on Friday night.
S-T outscored Odem 17-6 during the decisive 3rd period.
Tyler Brewer led Odem with 12 points, Leon Brown added 11, Cam DeAses had 7, Josh Chavira picked up 5, Hunter Dawson added 4 with Marco Gonzales and Eddie Sanchez each scoring two.
